We are the first Culinary School to pay its students to go to school. Our Instructors are Professionals in the field with clients of their own. Our students learn in real time, cooking for live clients, with a full time, hands on Instructor to guide, course correct, and lead them through the program. Our students graduate as business owners, entrepreneurs and hopefully one day, come back and teach in the program. It truly is an EPiC Model!
