Terms of Service

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A signed service agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 50% are required to secure your booking.

  • Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

2. Payments

  • Final payment is due on or before the day of service.

  • Accepted payment methods: [list methods].

  • Late payments may incur a fee of 3% per day.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 2–30 days or more before the service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the service date require full payment.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability, and must be confirmed in writing.

4. Allergies, Sensitivities & Health Conditions

  • Clients must inform us of any allergies, product sensitivities, medical conditions, or injuries before services begin.

  • We are not liable for adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.

5. Hygiene & Safety

  • All tools and equipment are sanitized according to industry standards between clients.

  • Clients are expected to arrive with clean hair, nails, or skin (as applicable to the service) unless otherwise arranged.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe conditions are unsanitary or unsafe.

6. Service Location Requirements

  • Adequate lighting, accessible electrical outlets, workspace, and ventilation are required.

  • If providing services in a client’s home or venue, the space must be free of hazards and disruptions.

7. Timing & Punctuality

  • Services will begin at the scheduled time; delays caused by the client may result in reduced service time without refund.

  • For group events, each client will receive the agreed-upon time slot.

8. Travel & Additional Fees

  • Travel within 15 miles is included; additional mileage is charged at $1 per mile.

  • Overtime or last-minute add-on services are suject to an additional rate per 15 minutes or service unit.

9. Photography & Marketing

  • With your permission, we may take before/after photos of services for portfolio and marketing purposes.

10. Liability Waiver

  • By booking, you acknowledge that beauty and wellness services carry inherent risks.

  • You release [Your Company Name] and its contractors from liability for injury, allergic reaction, or dissatisfaction, except in cases of proven negligence.

11. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, government restrictions).
